All-Inclusive Investment
This model offers one flat monthly rate based on the total employee count below. In this model, the employee has unlimited access to a chaplain, bi-monthly email words of wisdom/encouragement, and weekly visits.
Value-Based Investment
This model follows the PEPM (per employee per month) model. Generally, you will be charged based on how many monthly appointments employees make. In addition, a fee is for each session with a chaplain. In this model, the employee has unlimited access to a chaplain 24/7 and bi-monthly email words of wisdom/encouragement. However, there is NO weekly visit.
Hybrid = Inclusive + Value-Based Investment
Hybrid Investment models combine a fee per appointment and a PEPM fee. The PEPM rate, with a monthly rate. In this model, the employee has unlimited access to a chaplain 24/7/365, bi-monthly email words of wisdom/encouragement, and weekly visits.
